C2-LiteCADTM Series Tanks

C2-LiteCAD

the proven performance of a steel tank is needed in a lightweight composite design, C2-Lite CAD series is the right choice. Efficient and cost effective, C2-Lite CAD tanks are designed with patented controlled action diaphragm design of challenger tanks. Unlike other composite tanks that hide tired old bag technology in a plastic shell, the patented CAD-2 diaphragm design is stronger and will not crease and wear out. It features a chlorine resistant 100% butyl diaphragm with a precision molded copolymer polypropylene liner for superior air and water separation. This patented design allows each size tank to have a properly sized water chamber matched to the drawdown performance of that tank. C2-Lite CAD tanks are easy to install, weather resistant and engineered to withstand even extreme environmental conditions. When it comes to performance and durability, the C2-Lite CAD design cannot be beaten. C2-Lite CAD tanks are quality tested at several stages on the production line to insure the structural integrity of every tank. C2-Lite CAD tanks represent the best value for the investment and are the best quality composite vessels available today.

Challenger SeriesTM Pressure Tanks

Challenger Series

Challenger diaphragm pressure tanks are best suited for a wide range of applications including: pump booster systems, thermal expansion, irrigation systems and to minimize water hammer. Its special features are patented controlled action diaphragm CAD design, 100% portable quality butyl, patented 316 stainless steel elbow connection. Connection includes a diffuser to suspend any solids and prevent clogging. Internal clench ring becomes even more positive at high pressure. Double diaphragm reduces condensation due to 'air buffer' design. Other feature include appliance quality two part polyurethane, eproxy primed painted finish, almond; brass stemmed air valve and o-ring sealed valve cap; NSF standard 61, CE/PED, WRAS approvals; pre-charged air side 38 PSI/ 2.6 bar; maximum temperature up to 90°C; standard maximum pressure 150 PSI/ 10 bar; and 5 year replacement warranty.

PressureWaveTM Series Tanks

PressureWave

PressureWave™ tanks are suited for a wide range of applications, including booster systems, thermal expansion, irrigation systems, and hydraulic hammer arresting. The PressureWave™ Series is constructed of a virgin polypropylene liner combined with an FDA approved high grade butyl diaphragm. This is held against the wall of the tank with a steel clench ring. The brass air valve, sealed by a threaded o-ring valve cap, prevents air leaks. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel water connection. The diaphragm and liner are both reinforced in specific wear areas for longer life. All internal parts including the air valve are rounded to prevent piercing of the diaphragm in extreme conditions. The water connection uniquely provides a dual water/air seal ensuring a complete leak free and maintenance free pressure vessel. On the exterior the almond colored two-part polyurethane paint finish over an epoxy undercoating provides hundreds of hours of UV and salt spray protection. PressureWave™ tanks are quality tested at several stages on the production line to insure the structural integrity of every tank. PressureWave™ tanks represent the best value for the investment and are the best quality pressure vessels available today.

Features

  • Comprehensive testing

Pressure Boosting Sets

BS 1-6F

Pressure Boosting Sets

These are Calpeda Pressure boosting sets with 1 to 6 fixed speed pump. Sets with 4, 5 and 6 pumps on request. Depending on the reduction of the pressure in the system, the pressure switches determine the starting up of the pumps in sequence and the microprocessor alternates the starts.

BS1V2-5F

These are Calpeda Pressure boosting sets with 1 variable speed pump (with frequency converter into the control panel) and from 1 to 5 fixed speed pump. Sets with 4, 5 and 6 pumps on request. According to the water consumption, one or more pumps start, one at variable speed and the others at fixed speed, to grant the water quantity required at the set pressure.

BS1-6V

These are Calpeda Pressure boosting sets with 1 to 6 variable speed pumps (with frequency converter into the control panel). Sets with 4, 5 and 6 pumps on request. Depending on water consumption, one or more pumps are activated, all at variable speed, in order to guarantee the quantity of water required at the set pressure.
