3" and 5" diameter hollow fiber cartridges are available as direct replacement for equipment that was originally supplied by Romicon, Inc., KMS, or OEM system suppliers. Hollow fiber cartridges are commonly used for clear electrocoats. All electrocoat UF products are supplied with PVC housings and have a fiber diameter of 0.045", unless otherwise noted.

These 8" diameter x 33" long spirals come equipped with epoxy/fiberglass overwrap and flange type end seals for complete elimination of bypass flow around the UF element. Stabilizer UF modules are compatible only with equipment originally supplied by KMS or authorized OEMs and system integrators.

For replacement of 3" diameter hollow fiber cartridges, 4" spirals supplied by others, or as direct replacement for SPIRAPAKT products supplied originally by KMS or authorized OEMs. SPIRAPAKT modules provide higher permeate rates than the comparable hollow fiber cartridges. The spiral element is installed permanently in a plastic disposable housing, minimizing capital costs and easing replacement labor.
